This quick sauté highlights Brussels sprouts, a cruciferous veggie rich in fiber and detox‑supporting compounds. Onions, garlic, and apple cider vinegar brighten the dish and support digestion.

Ingredients:
1 Medium Onion (Sliced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 lb. Brussel Sprouts (Shaved)
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions:
Prepare vegetables.
Add avocado oil to a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions until they start to brown in the edges. Then add garlic and brussel sprouts. Continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in ACV, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve.
