This quick sauté highlights Brussels sprouts, a cruciferous veggie rich in fiber and detox‑supporting compounds. Onions, garlic, and apple cider vinegar brighten the dish and support digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Onion (Sliced)

  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

  • 1 lb. Brussel Sprouts (Shaved)

  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Salt and Pepper (To Taste)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare vegetables.

  2. Add avocado oil to a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Sauté onions until they start to brown in the edges. Then add garlic and brussel sprouts. Continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Stir in ACV, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve.
