This refreshing drink combines hydrating watermelon with antioxidant‑rich green tea. A squeeze of lime and a bit of honey add brightness and gentle sweetness without heavy sugars.

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 oz. Green Tea

  • 2 Cups Seedless Watermelon

  • ½ Lime

  • 1Tbsp Honey


Instructions:

  1. Steep 1 teabag of green tea in 6-8 oz. of water for 5 minutes (for antioxidant properties and to minimize caffeine) and cool.

  2. Juice the watermelon and lime.

  3. Combine with honey and stir.
