This refreshing drink combines hydrating watermelon with antioxidant‑rich green tea. A squeeze of lime and a bit of honey add brightness and gentle sweetness without heavy sugars.

Ingredients:
6-8 oz. Green Tea
2 Cups Seedless Watermelon
½ Lime
1Tbsp Honey
Instructions:
Steep 1 teabag of green tea in 6-8 oz. of water for 5 minutes (for antioxidant properties and to minimize caffeine) and cool.
Juice the watermelon and lime.
Combine with honey and stir.
