1 Tbsp White Miso Paste
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Salmon Filets, 8 oz. each
Black Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Mix miso paste and butter.
Place salmon filets, skin side down, onto a baking sheet and spread the miso butter over top. Add black pepper to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes, until salmon flakes.
