Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Nettles

  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger

Instructions:

  1. Bring water (16 oz.) to a boil and add herbs. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

  2. Strain off herbs and serve.
