This guacamole is loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats from avocado. Onion, tomato, garlic, and lime add antioxidants and brightness, making it a nourishing dip or topping.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocados

  • 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)

  • 1 Medium Tomato (Diced)

  • 1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)

  • 1 Lime (Juiced)

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste


Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.

  2. Add the chopped onion, diced tomato, minced garlic, and lime juice to the mashed avocado. Stir to combine.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
