These homemade patties combine lean ground chicken with apple and warm spices for a cleaner alternative to store‑bought sausage. You get protein, a touch of natural sweetness, and control over the ingredients and sodium.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Granny Smith or Honey Crisp Apple (Diced)

  • ½ Cup Onion (Diced)

  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken

  • ½ tsp Garlic

  • ½ tsp Ginger

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Nutmeg

  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil

  • ¼ tsp Celtic Salt

  • Black Pepper (Optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare apples and onions.

  2. Mix ingredients together and form into patties (10-12).

  3. Cook in a skillet over medium heat.
